Erika’s event journey spans over 20 years, weaving a tapestry of experience covering in-person and virtual realms. Her footprint in the industry is vast and impressive, having produced large-scale corporate events and non-profit galas nationwide. From show direction to scenic set design, from creative multimedia concepts to technical and stage management, Erika’s expertise knows no bounds.

Meet Reiley McClendon

Reiley started in production very young..like 8 years old young…albeit in front of the camera. After 22 years in the entertainment industry, the last 8 of which Reiley straddled the fence between corporate event production, entertainment, and vocational ministry, Reiley made the jump to 100% event production. Surrounded by production of one kind or another is how Reiley has spent his entire life.Over the last 10 years in the corporate event’s industry, Reiley has worn many hats. From managing a creative department in an event’s agency to freelancing as a graphics operator to now senior producing with an eye towards the technical. When Reiley isn’t producing you’ll find him in nature enjoying the quiet beauty or reading a western.

Meet Dustielyn Savage

Dustielyn Savage brings more than 20 years of experience in event management, production, and on-site direction, with a career that has taken her to venues and corporate stages all across the country. She has built a reputation for being the calm at the center of the storm—balancing creativity, logistics, and human connection in a way that makes even the most complex events feel effortless for clients and guests.

Her event journey began long before it became her full-time profession. What started as helping plan weddings and community celebrations grew into a lifelong passion for shaping meaningful experiences. Over the years, Dustielyn has produced everything from intimate dinner series to multi-day corporate programs, live and recorded events, and large-scale conferences. She thrives in environments where organization and heart matter equally, and she is known for her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they surface, and guide teams with confidence and compassion.

Dustielyn brings her steady leadership, warm presence, and eye for detail to every project she touches. She believes great events are built on trust, teamwork, and the simple desire to make people feel seen and cared for.

Dustielyn had lived coast to coast from North Carolina to California and now resides in the Nashville area with her husband. When she’s not onsite at an event, she loves traveling, hosting family and friends, and creating moments—big and small—that bring people together.

Meet Claire Bracco-Forrest

Claire brings a decade of experience and a lifelong love of all things hospitality. She grew up around the buzz of events, and if you are local to Chicago, yes, Beth is her mom. All this naturally led to a Business Degree in Hospitality Management from DePaul University.

She started working in hospitality during college, eventually landing at a well-known Chicago nonprofit as an intern. One internship turned into many years of producing meaningful, story-driven events for non-profits that celebrated community and connection—her favorite things. After taking time off to start her family, she’s jumped back into the events world with fresh energy and an even deeper love for creating experiences that people actually feel. She thrives on finding the story behind every person she works with and transforming it into something creative, engaging, and memorable.

Meet Amy Kluttz

After Amy graduated from college, she moved to Nashville, TN, to start an internship at a publishing house in the Student Camps and Events department. It was here that she discovered her love and passion for the event industry. Her internship turned into a full-time job with the Women’s Events department, which later led to a role at a production company where she worked in corporate events.

During her time as an event professional, Amy developed an eye for detail and a desire to help others. She thrives on bringing events to life through dedication and hard work, ensuring their success. Amy has spearheaded global conferences, marketing activations, and video productions for national brands. Her experience managing complex projects from concept to completion has honed her efficiency, motivation, and organizational skills.

Amy currently resides in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with her husband, sons, and two dogs, Porter and Poppy.

Meet Rona Reithmayr

Rona Reithmayr, is now in her 30th year as an event producer and is widely recognized as an innovator of style for weddings, event productions, & wine events.She has made an art of creating events and establishing creative production, style and fashion within an industry known for trendsetting. Rona has established an ease with planning events that makes the clients comfortable and relaxed in an otherwise crazy time. Rona has run some of LA’s top event companies before joining Akire. Her love for event planning and all things organizational make her the perfect event manager for your event.

Rona’s favorite pastime is traveling with her best friend and husband of 25 years. They love designing and building homes together and using their strengths & weaknesses to complement each other. They are now building a home in Franklin, TN and have 2 boys and one daughter-in-love who are all living on their own.

Meet Erik Miller

Erik Miller is an industry influencer with over twenty years of branding, design and advertising leadership experience. Miller has held top positions in influential design and advertising agencies including serving as President at Studio Number One (SNO) founded by Shepherd Faiery and nearly ten years as Design Director for TBWA\Chiat\Day. His philosophy has helped shape today’s branded environment and build brands such as Apple, Pepsi Co, Nissan / Infiniti, P&G, and Sony Computer Entertainment America.

As a firm leader and visionary, Miller touches every brand each agency handles, engineering meaningful brand experiences targeted to their intended audience and overseeing their overall look and feel. Miller is able to blend his detail-oriented standard for design with creative leadership to support an agency’s effort to sustain award-winning work by increasing the firm’s attention to detail and graphic elegance.

His work has shaped the landscape of Los Angeles through the LAX Gateway Enhancement Project. Other highlights from Miller’s accomplishments included the comprehensive rebranding of Gatorade, from logo and packaging to new product development.

Miller is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He served as a professor at his alma mater Art Center College of Design where his philosophy and instruction focuses on building brands by using the process of disruption in order to create successful brand stories.  He has been named of of GDUSA’s “People to Watch.”

With over a decade of experience, Trent is a seasoned professional in video production, specializing in editing and animated motion graphics. His portfolio includes work for renowned brands across various mediums such as broadcast television, documentaries, music videos, live events, corporate communications, and short films. Trent’s innovative approach and exceptional work ethic consistently exceed expectations, earning him respect from industry peers and clients. Originally from Dallas, TX, Trent graduated from the University of North Texas before making his mark in Los Angeles and later Nashville. Now based in Bowling Green, KY, he operates as a successful freelance Video Editor and Motion Designer, serving clients nationwide.
