Step right up and prepare to be dazzled at the annual One Clune Celebration, Under the Big Top style, for a night of wonder, where dreams take center stage and the extraordinary comes to life. Inspired by The Greatest Showman, this immersive event will transport you to a world of dazzling performances, breathtaking décor, and electrifying entertainment.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll step through a grand entrance of custom branded shimmering marquee surrounded with lights, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. Inside, the Harris Rooftop was transformed with mesmerizing decor bringing the magic of the big top to life.
The main focal point of the tent was an oversized center ring that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. From a custom sketch from our creative team to reality this was a show stopper! A 40’ wide black and white spiral graphic covered the concrete center of the tent. The center ring was a functional 360* circular bar, constructed of acrylic rental bars with custom graphics, showcasing the traditional center ring design of bold red tones and gold stars. Erected out of the center of the circular bar was a cylinder stage elevated to over 8’, where the Ringmaster (DJ) conducted his show. Bartenders took the design to a whole new dimension, costumed as “mimes” in black and white striped shirts, black pants, bries’ and suspenders. Additionally, throughout the night the bars stepped up their entertainment level with trick bartenders making specialty cocktails for guests.
Then the center ring was surrounded by food stations and guest seating. Cabaret and high cocktail tables were dressed in alternating solid satin, black tied off with black and white striped bands, or satin black & white striped linens with solid red satin ties. Each cabaret table was surrounded with elegant velvet black chairs with gold trim. Festive themed centerpieces adorned each table alternating designs from mini mirror balls, artist face vases to muted black Clune branded containers. Each container held an array of stunning red roses, pink carnations, red and orange gerber daisies, accented with greens and feather plumes (but, of course!)
Throughout the evening, The Ringmaster (DJ) as the master of ceremonies, drew guests’ attention to an array of astonishing performers on ancillary stages in and outside of the big top! The stages showcased thrilling acrobats, hoop aerialists, and contortionists. Roaming throughout the space were charismatic stilt walkers, glow in the dark jugglers, unicyclists, and a vintage caricature artist. Guests also witnessed spellbinding roaming slide- of- hand magic. Guests didn’t know what to expect next as entertainment acts kept popping up throughout the event. The Ringmaster kept the night alive mixing spectacle beats combined with performances from an electric violinist. The excitement never ended!
A customized menu showcased elevated “circus” treats, from chicken and waffle skewers to hot beef sandwiches, to mac-n- cheese served in a waffle cone, to chicken korean corn dogs, to name a few delectable selections. The surprise and delight continued with a strolling dessert table dressed as a show girl serving elephant ears and other scrumptious desserts. The late night snack of walking tacos were a hit and a hint of Chicago as guests departed with a small box of Fannie Mae chocolates. Each food station was designed with vintage circus decor, such as funhouse mirrors, and elevated feather plume arrangements.
Bold red and white patterned lighting hues flooded the tent ceiling along with the walls of the brick patio wall and tent entrance. Throughout the entertainment acts a spotlight drew the attention to each of the performances.
Guests feedback as they were leaving and followed by surveys was that they were delighted as they enjoyed their time Under the Big Top!
